First of all -- thank you! Without our conversation the other day -- I wouldn't have known that my modem & router were causing such horrible issues. After our conversation, I got on the phone with Cox cable and had a nice discussion with them in regards to the modem and we tested several things.
I appreciate you doing a speed test outside of their Cox system -- because it gave me something to compare to when they were testing within their system.
The result -- I replaced my modem and purchased a different router. What a difference! So at this time -- I should be able to use the azmasonry.net webmail without any issues. I have the speed!
